Personal pickup – not available

The ordered goods will be delivered  by the courier company Packeta or their partner. You will be notified by email once the shipment is sent. Deliveries take place on working days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following working day, i.e., Monday.

The courier company will typically deliver the goods the day after they are dispatched from our warehouse. The recipient will be continuously informed by email or SMS, including the order number, regarding the order status and delivery. Please check carefully if the shipment is damaged, as the carrier will not accept any later claims. In case of damage, please indicate this on the acceptance protocol or contact us immediately.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

• Online payment by card via the Shoptet Pay payment gateway.
• Google Pay, Apple Pay
• Payment by bank transfer to account IBAN SK1811000000002949054514. Please use the order number as the variable symbol. The goods will be dispatched only after the payment is received in our bank account. If we do not receive the payment within 4 days of the order being placed, the order will be canceled.
