Spiridea Cream Paste is designed for the daily care of sensitive skin, especially in areas where the skin is exposed to substantial friction, irritation and moisture accumulation (from sweat, sebum, urine or faeces). 

Thanks to its hydrophilic base it adheres well to a moist surface ‒ heat-distressed or sweaty skin. It inhibits the development of heat rash, relieves itching, protects against chafing and helps heal chafing and abrasions. 

It contains a protective system to prevent the growth of bacteria and yeast. It is non-greasy, therefore it does not form an impermeable layer that would prevent the natural evaporation of water from the skin. On the contrary, it protects the skin from unwanted moisture. It is easily washed off with water and contains no added fragrance. It protects against skin damage and provides optimal regeneration of the skin barrier.

Spiridea Cream Paste is a hydrophilic cream paste designed for the daily care of sensitive skin in areas subjected to excessive friction. It is particularly suitable for macerated (moist and heat-distressed) areas of the skin. It helps inhibit the development of heat rash in the diaper area and in intertriginous areas in children and adults. It protects the skin against damage caused by friction, reduces the risk of infections through its protective system that prevents the growth of microorganisms and yeast, and relieves itching. 

It helps keep the skin dry and protects it from unwanted moisture. With a special hydrophilic base that forms a breathable layer, it can adhere well to a moist surface while carrying excess moisture away from the skin. 

The galenic form of a cream paste has a natural slightly drying effect, which contributes to its key property of removing moisture. It is non-greasy and therefore does not form an impermeable occlusive layer that is undesirable in heat rash. Thanks to its hydrophilic base and emulsifying ingredients, Spiridea Cream Paste performs well in terms of washability with water. Although it contains no added perfume, it has a characteristic delicate floral fragrance.
